As a licensed therapist, I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, unresolved trauma, or challenges related to substance use. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck—often dealing with changes they didn’t anticipate or choose—and unsure how to move forward despite previous efforts. In our work together, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly, feel heard, and begin to understand patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward.

My approach is collaborative and conversational, combining attentive listening with thoughtful feedback and practical tools you can apply in your daily life. I integrate evidence-based methods such as EMDR, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and somatic practices to support more lasting change. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges in a more intentional ways.
