Centered Living and Wellness

“Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead, let life live through you… And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?”

Welcome to Centered Living and Wellness

Gina D'Amore, LCMHC, LCAS

I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist and addiction specialist. I work with adults navigating unexpected changes, addictions, and unresolved trauma. Clients who work with me are intelligent and intuitive people who realize that what once worked for them no longer does, and they are unsure of where to go from here. I am passionate about the work I do. I foster a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore patterns that may be holding you back.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, blending attentive listening, honest feedback, and practical, action-oriented tools. I draw on evidence-based practices such as EMDR, IFS, motivational interviewing, and somatic techniques, integrating them to align with your unique strengths and needs and support lasting change. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, process what you have been carrying, and develop the confidence to respond to life with greater intention.

There’s More Possible for You

Grounded, Collaborative Therapy

You don’t come to therapy because you’re broken. You come because something in you knows there’s more possible. What does “more” look like for you?” “I offer a grounded and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what has been holding you back and rediscover your strengths. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will work toward clarity, relief, and meaningful, sustainable change.
